Returns and Refunds Policy

If the flowers we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem within a day of the delivery of the product in question.  Because flowers are perishable and to assist us to fix complaints quickly, we advise that any complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to understand the issue and attempt to resolve it to our mutual satisfaction. We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.
